Use of the facilities on this site is recommended only for those of a legal age to do so. All calls to 0906 numbers & Text-a-Psychic numbers should only be made by bill payers (or with the bill payers consent) by those over the age of 18 years old.
For reasons of legality, all psychic readings are deemed as for 'entertainment purposes only'. All of our many readings are aimed at giving you advice. Please treat them as such. How you act upon the advice is entirely your decision. We suggest you always use commonsense and always seek the appropriate specialists if required such as a Solicitor, Doctor or professional guidance counsellors or any other professional body that can help you in specific matters. Create your own reality; no one can create that for you! Any information of a personal nature that is held temporarily by Silvermoon on behalf of you the client will be protected as much as it is in our power to do so, and will be deleted from our files after one month. We undertake to do all in our power to protect you the client and your sensitive information.
Readings from SILVERMOON are meant to be a gentle and loving guide, not a blue-print for living, and certainly not to make decisions for you. Please be aware that by booking a reading with us you take full responsibility for any decisions you may make as a result of that reading. Intellectual property rights in the content of this site are reserved to Silvermoon, by use of this site you hereby confirm that you indemnify Silvermoon totally from any that might arise from its use directly, or indirectly.
Silvermoon can accept or refuse your offer to purchase either goods or services from us from any of our websites, at our discretion. No agreement will exist until we have accepted your payment, and even then, if we feel that we do not wish to continue with the transaction we may fully refund your payment via our payment system ‘Worldpay. Full refunds in the case of dissatisfaction with work or goods received by the client are given at the discretion of the company. Any Contract between us will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Scottish law will apply and the Scottish courts will have total jurisdiction.
